The standard
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on wowtv.tv.
- Harassment of other other users for any reason is not permitted and your account will be cancelled.
- wowtv.tv accounts are for non commercial use. That's not to say you can't use a service like Revver.com to make a little money off of your content. BUT, if you are a corporate customer (read, you have employees), please contact us at <%= mail_to 'corporate@wowtv.tv' %> for appropriate plans.
- You must follow the laws in place where you reside or where you are accessing wowtv.tv.
- You can not send any unsolicited email, worms or viruses to wowtv.tv users.
- You can not use wowtv.tv for any illegal activities.
- You are responsible for any content in your account, including video, images and text.
- You can not host pornography on WOW TV. Some nudity is allowed when used in a larger context. You are responsible for marking content as explicit where appropriate. Repeated failure to do this may result in your account being canceled, frozen or deleted.
- We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
Sellers Agreement
- WOW TV takes a 20% commission on all videos sold through our site.
- WOW TV will process the orders for your buyers and deliver your video.
- We make no guarantee that the video will not be pirated or otherwise shared by others.
- We make payment to your paypal.com account (one is required to receive payment), once your balance owed is in excess of $30. This payment will be made no more than once a month.
Copyright
World of Wonder respects people's copyrights (we have a ton ourselves) and it is a violation of our T.O.S. to upload material that you do not own the copyright to or have explicit permision to use from the copyright holder. If we find or are notified that you have uploaded content that you do not have the right to use, we will remove it at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel, disable and / or delete the accounts of users who repeatedly upload copyrighted material.
If you are a copyright owner and believe that your material is being used without your permision please notify us via email.

Please include the link to the material, your contact info, a statement that you do in fact own the copyright to the material, and that you have not authorized it’s use on WOW TV.
We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time. If we do change the terms you will either be notified via email or the via the user interface of wowtv.tv.
